Make sure that you have filled in an income and expenditure analysis form to see exactly what you have left each month. Are there some things that you can actually do without still being used or paid for?

Have you actively tried to make some extra cash by letting out room in your house (if you are allowed to) or taking a part time evening job, offering baby sitting, cleaning, washing / ironing service locally.

Make sure that you have spoken with( or preferably written to, - keeping a copy of all letters to and from them) any or all financial lenders that you owe money to, local council, utility companies etc. and explained your current circumstances. Make sure that you have spoken to your local Citizens Advice Bureau to find out what they can offer in the way of advice and guidance. Try to remain positive and also show what you are trying to do to improve the situation but be realistic without being pessimistic!

If you do not have a computer or internet access at home then try to book some time at your local library or even an internet cafe to research more about personal debt and financial help or to send and follow up e-mails using a free hotmail, yahoo, msn or gmail account.

We work closely with a specialist debt solution company that will not charge an initial fee to review your circumstances to see if they can help resolve your cash problems. If you have serious concerns about your finances please e-mail or call us NOW.

Even if you have tried all the avenues to resolve your debt problems but you are working and have a regular income that would allow you to pay your bills and a little extra from your mortgage and / or loans it may still be worth your while contacting us to see if we can offer some tried methods and a way of keeping your home rather than being evicted.
